Privacy Policy — Nexus Market

Nexus Access is an independent informational resource. We are not affiliated with any darknet marketplace. This page outlines our privacy practices.

TL;DR

  • We collect minimal data: server logs, comment info, and search queries.
  • No tracking pixels or third-party analytics.
  • Data is retained briefly and never shared.
  • Your privacy is paramount. Contact us with questions.

What We Collect

Honestly, we're not trying to build a dossier on you. We collect what's necessary to keep this site running smoothly.

  • Server Access Logs: This includes your IP address, browser user agent, the page you visited from (referrer), and the timestamp. This is standard practice for any website.
  • Comment Metadata: If you leave a comment, we store that text and its associated metadata.
  • Search Queries: What you search for on our site is logged. This helps us improve our content.

We specifically avoid intrusive methods. No tracking pixels, no advertising trackers, and absolutely no third-party analytics scripts are employed here.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We don't hoard data. Think of it more like a quick glance than a deep dive.

  • Server Logs: These are purged after 30 days. It’s enough time to spot any serious issues, but not long enough to be creepy.
  • Comments: Your comments stick around until you ask us to remove them, or until we decide they're no longer relevant.

Sharing Your Information

This is straightforward: we don't share your data. Ever.

  • No Third Parties: Your information stays with us. We have no need to sell it, trade it, or give it away. We aren't that kind of operation.

Cookies

We use cookies sparingly, only when necessary.

  • Session Cookies: If used at all, these are purely for site functionality during your visit. They vanish when you close your browser.
  • No Advertising Cookies: You won't find any sneaky advertising cookies tracking you across the web from our site.

Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

If you're in the EU or California, you have specific rights regarding your data.

  • Access and Deletion: You can request to see what data we have on you and ask for it to be deleted.
  • Contact Us: To exercise these rights, or if you have any privacy concerns, reach out to [email protected] or use our PGP key.

Third-Party Content

We reference other markets and services.

  • Market Names: Names like Empire Market, White House Market, and others are the intellectual property of their respective owners. We mention them for informational context only.
